Unemployment Insurance Responsibility #2: WebCert or TeleCert

In order to keep your benefits you must abide by several guidelines established by the Massachusetts DUA.
You must file claims weekly. This is an important requirement and it is facilitated by online access at WebCert or telephone access at TeleCert.
