Senior UI Developer, Boston, MA

The Senior UI Developer will be responsible for developing software solutions in support of our customer-facing, production website.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated / Significant experience with Spring, Javascript, HTML/CSS
- Extensive knowledge of Java and Object Oriented software architecture and implementation
- Experience working in multiple Java web frameworks including MVC
- Experience implementing web technologies and web user interfaces
- Ability to work with minimal supervision to complete complex tasks in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Responsibilities include:
- Consuming technical specifications and implementing new code or refactoring existing code to meet those specifications
- Working within an Agile environment with the engineering team and Product Management to understand product requirements
- Developing, debugging, testing, documenting, and supporting code keeping flexibility, extensibility, and reusability in mind
- Actively look for ways to improve the software (code reviews, unit/integration testing, etc.)
Experience in a fast paced start-up environment is a plus. Experience working in an OSX / Linux development environment is a plus.
