		<description>I'll add to this that a recruiter at a career fair comes home tiered, overwhelmed, and with a stack of possibly hundreds of resumes. I went to a career fair and walked away with hundreds of resumes and no idea who was who.

While taking a business card is nice, a follow up thank you email is even better. Furthermore, asking a good questions is good, but making the recruiter laugh or standing out in a particular way is even better. If you have a picture you can attach to the resume do it.</description>
